PUBLIC NOTICE CRAWFORD COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT CHILDREN AND YOUTH SERVICES PROGRAM PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ANNUAL CYS NEEDS BASED PLAN FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015 The Crawford County Human Services Department, Children and Youth Services Program will hold a public hearing for the review of the annual plan submission. The plan is an annual requirement of the County to the Office of Children Youth and Families and a hearing is required to give the public an opportunity to review and give input into the plan, for current and future Children and Youth Services needs.
