PUBLIC NOTICE PROPOSALS INVITED FOR INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES The Retirement Board of Crawford County, Pa., invites proposals from firms qualified to provide discretionary investment advisory services for a public defined-benefit pension plan. The plan is the employees retirement system of the County government. The plan has about 800 participants and assets of roughly $50 million. Interested firms must register with www.publicpurchase.com (a link to it also is at www.crawfordcounty pa.net) to obtain the Request for Proposals document, which sets forth the scope of services and the required content and format for responses. Responses to the RFP must be submitted in sealed packaging marked Proposals for Investment Advisory Services and bearing the firms business name and address. Proposals must be received by postal or express mail or hand delivery no later than 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, Eastern Time, at the following location: Chief Clerk, Commissioners Office, Crawford County Courthouse, 903 Diamond Park, Meadville, PA 16335; (814) 333-7400.
