PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT TEKER PARK GATEWAY LAWRENCE PARK TOWNSHIP, ERIE COUNTY, PA Lawrence Park Township is soliciting Letters of Interest from qualified engineers to provide preliminary engineering services, final design services, construction consultation, and construction inspection services. The project is classified as a National Scenic Byways Project and will be administered through PennDOT. The Township will retain a consultant for a project specific agreement to include these services: preliminary engineering services, final design services, construction consultation, and construction inspection services. Construction includes, but is not limited to, a Gateway welcome sign, upgraded sidewalks, decorative landscaping, seating and historical/informative interpretive panels. Submit five (5) copies of the Letter of Interest proposal to Lawrence Park Township at the address below by 4:00 p.m. on August 28, 2013.
