PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST LOCAL BRIDGE INSPECTION PROGRAM The County of Crawford is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) and Statements of Qualifications for consulting engineers licensed in Pennsylvania and designated as PennDOT ECMS Business Partners to perform N.B.I.S Bridge Safety Inspections for Crawford County and various municipalities located in Crawford County. All inspections are to be completed in accordance with the requirements of the National Bridge Inspection Program and Pub 238 Bridge Safety Inspector Manual, General Scope of Work, Safety Inspection of State and Local Bridges. A zero (0) % DBE goal has been designated for this project. The County of Crawford will utilize the Departments Modified Selection Procedures in its determination. The selection criteria and other requirements for submission may be accessed on Penn DOTs web-site: www.dot14.state.pa.us/ECMS/ The Statement of Interest, at a minimum, should indicate how the selected firm will accomplish the tasks outlined and provide the services as detailed. The anticipated duration of the agreement is seventy two (72) months. The County of Crawford encourages responses from small firms, minority firms, and firms who have not previously performed work for Crawford County.
