PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Sadsbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 12th, 2013, at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Building, 9888 State Highway 285, Conneaut Lake, Pa. 16316. The purpose of this hearing is to review the following request: Appeal #03-13 is from Grieb Properties, Inc. who is seeking relief from the lakefront and side setback requirements of the Sadsbury Township zoning ordinance, in order to raze an existing frame house and construct a new single family dwelling at 10611 Konneyaut Trail, Conneaut Lake, Pa. This property is located in the R1 Zoning District, Lot and Block #4403-053-334 1/2. Any interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above.
