PUBLIC NOTICE The Guys Mills Mutual Water Association (GMMWA) intends to apply to the PA Dept. of Environmental Protection (DEP) for an NPDES permit to discharge potable water treatment backwash (estimated at less than 100 gallons per day) from the GMMWA water treatment plant on Plank Road in Randolph Township, Crawford County to Lake Creek approximately 1,000 feet south of the water treatment plant.
