PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Meadville will be held in the Training Room at Meadville Central Fire Station, 850 Park Ave., Meadville, PA, at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013 to hear a request for variance of Marquette Savings Bank, Owner of 349 North St., City Lot Numbers 14-E-9, 10, 11, 12 and 15, zoned B-2 General Business District. Said request for variances is to allow construction of a drive-through for a bank without meeting the vehicle stacking requirement as specified in Section 1306.06 of the Meadville Zoning Ordinance.
