May be seen at the Borough Office, 161 Carringer St. Cambridge Springs, PA 16403 Monday - Friday 8 a.m - 4:00 p.m. Bids must be in a sealed envelope with "truck bid" written on front of envelope and received by the Borough Office by 4:00 p.m. October 7, 2013. Bids will be opened at the regular Council Meeting October 7, 2013 at 161 Carringer St., Cambridge Springs, PA 16403 at approximately 7:00 p.m. The Borough of Cambridge Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
