Box 314, Harmonsburg, PA 16422, offer to purchase at private sale land located in Summit Twp., Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and being known as Tax Parcel Control No. 55-0-043349, formerly assessed to Assessed Owner; said offered purchase price is the sum of $5,000.00 CASH, which is pro-posed as the compromise of all taxes, penalties and interest due thereon in the total sum of $18,868.96. The property will be sold free and clear of all tax claims and tax judgments. You have the right within forty-five (45) days following publication of this notice to petition the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Pennsylvania, for disapproval of said sale.
