PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is herby given that the proposed 2014 Budget for the Township of Hayfield, Crawford County, has been prepared and open for inspection at the Hayfield Township Municipal Building, 17882 Townhouse Road, Saegertown, Pa. 16433 on Tuesday from 7:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m. and Friday between 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Budget will increase property taxes by one mill per assessed valuation from 2 mills to 3 mills. The 2 mill rate was established in 1990. This increase of 1 mill will be the first increase imposed by the township in 24 years. Consideration for adopting the final budget will be at a regularly scheduled meeting on December 9th at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building.
