PUBLIC NOTICE BID ADVERTISEMENT The Crawford County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the Talon Building Hazardous Materials Abatement Project at the Commissioners Office, 903 Diamond Park, 1st Floor, Meadville, PA until 10:00 AM (prevailing time) on Tuesday, February 5th. At that time, the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. A single, stipulated sum bid will be required for the following: 02 80 00 HAZARDOUS MATERIAL ABATEMENT The non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, January 24th at 3:00 PM (prevailing time) at the Crawford County Talon Building A Building in Steve Petrussos Office, 2nd Floor, 632 Arch Street, Meadville, PA for the purpose of reviewing the project and answering Bidders questions. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate and mailed or delivered in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked on the face of the envelope with the words Talon Building Hazardous Materials Abatement.
