PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of West Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, will conduct two hearings on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, beginning at 5 o'clock pm at the West Mead Township building located at 1150 Morgan Village Road, in West Mead Township, to consider (1) the application of the owner of the premises on which Weber Harris Ford dealership and related businesses are located, at 433 Baldwin Street in a Commercial Neighborhood Zone in West Mead Township, for a Variance from the size restrictions on business signs set forth in Section 630.4 (c) of the Zoning Ordinance so that a new ground sign with signage for two related businesses can be constructed with 90 square feet of illuminated advertising space which exceeds the square feet limitations permitted under the Ordinance, and (2) the application of Robert Miller for Variances from the restriction on number of principal residential uses on a lot and 720 square foot size requirement for residential structures, so that he can place a 16 square foot by 40 square foot structure on property owned by Andrew Miller located at 8327 Williamson Road, in a Rural Residential Zoning District in West Mead Township to be used as a temporary second residence on the property for a family member. The Variances will be considered in accordance with the standards set forth in Zoning Ordinance at Section 1005.3 and other applicable legal standards.
