Vlassich, of 12766 Arbor St., Lot 11, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316, offers to purchase at private sale a trailer located in Summit Twp., Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and being known as Tax Parcel Control #55-0-044635, formerly assessed to Assessed Owner; said offered purchase price is the sum of $1,500.00 CASH, which is pro-posed as the compromise of all taxes, penalties and interest due thereon in the total sum of $9,220.75. The property will be sold free and clear of all tax claims and tax judgments. You have the right within forty-five (45) days following publication of this notice to petition the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Pennsylvania, for disapproval of said sale.
