PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF VARIANCES Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Meadville will be held in the Training Room at Meadville Central Fire Station, 850 Park Ave., Meadville, PA, at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014 to hear a request for variance of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Meadville, Owner of the former 1195 S. Main St., City Lot Number 16-D-26, zoned R-2 Multiple Family Residential District. Said request for variance is to allow a community garden, which is not permitted under Section 1303.05 of the Meadville Zoning Ordinance.
