PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION & VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Meadville will be held in the Training Room at Meadville Central Fire Station, 850 Park Ave., Meadville, PA, at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014 to hear a request for special exception and variance of United Refining Co., Owner of 333 North St., City Lot Number 14-E-13, 14 & 16, zoned B-2 General Business District. Said request for special exception is to build an addition as regulated under 1305.03(A) of the Meadville Zoning Ordinance. Said request for variance is for the addition to encroach into the building setback requirements under 1305.06 of the Meadville Zoning Ordinance.
