PUBLIC NOTICE The Conneaut School District will accept sealed bids for CUSTODIAL SERVICES for CONNEAUT VALLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL, and CUSTODIAL SUPPLIES and CUSTODIAL COMPOUNDS & EQUIPMENT. All interested parties are requested to send a representative to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting to be held at the Conneaut Valley Middle School, 22154 St. Highway 18, Conneautville, PA 16406 to review the scope of the Custodial Services Contract. The meeting date is set for Wednesday, March 19th 2014 at 3:00 PM. Specifications for all bids are available and may be obtained at the District Administration Office, 219 West School Drive, Linesville, PA 16424 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM weekdays. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 25th, 2014 and will be opened publicly at that time at the District Administration Office. All bids must be in sealed envelopes and clearly marked "BID FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES for CONNEAUT VALLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL", or "BID FOR CUSTODIAL SUPPLIES" or "BID FOR CUSTODIAL COMPOUNDS & EQUIPMENT". Bids may be awarded by the Conneaut School District Board of School Directors at their regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 9th, 2014.
