Court Administrator Crawford County Courthouse Meadville, PA 1635 (814) 333-7498 Plaintiff is owner in fee simple and in possession of the following described property: ALL their undivided interest in and to all that certain piece or parcel of land situate in Bloomfield Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: to-wit: Beginning in the center of the Public road at the northwest corner of land now or formerly of William Perkins: thence north eighty five and one half (85 14) degrees east along the north line of said Perkins, Ninety (90) perches to a post in the west line of land formerly of H. Parkin: thence north (3/4) degrees east along the west line of land of said H. Parkins forty-four and three-tenths (44.3) perches to a post: thence south eighty-nine and one half (89 14) degrees west, ninety and five-tenths (90.5) perches to a post in the center of the aforesaid road: thence south forty-four and three tenths (44.3) perches along the center of said road to the place of beginning, containing Twenty-five (25) acres of land, be the same more or less.
