PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ENGINEERING TITUSVILLE OPPORTUNITY PARK 20 SERIES BUILDING RENOVATION PROJECT TITUSVILLE, PA The Titusville Redevelopment Authority will receive Engineering proposals until 10:00 AM, April 17, 2014 at the Titusville Redevelopment Authority Offices located on the fourth floor of Towne Square located at 110 W. Spring St., Titusville, PA, for the preparation of plans, specifications, and construction inspection for the renovation of several buildings within the Titusville Opportunity Park for the purpose of industry expansion, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals are requested from interested engineering firms having expertise in construction design for industrial parks. The overall goal is to upgrade existing buildings to make them usable as industrial space. The project will consist of renovation of buildings 20, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29. Detailed Proposal specifications may be picked up at the Titusville Redevelopment Authority Offices located on the fourth floor of Towne Square located at 110 W. Spring St., Titusville, PA. Appointments may be made to view the site by calling the Authority Offices at 814-827-3668 weekdays between 8AM and 4PM, through April 16, 2014. Bids may be held by the Authority for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids. The contract will be awarded to the bidder receiving the highest score on a technical evaluation rating system. The Bidder to whom the award is made will be notified at the earliest possible date. The Authority, however, reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informality in Bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the Projects best interest. 04/07,09/14
