PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of West Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, intend to consider and enact an ordinance, of which this is a summary, to make certain amendments to the West Mead Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, at the Board's regular meeting on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the West Mead Township building located at 1150 Morgan Village Road in West Mead Township, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The title of the ordinance is An Ordinance to Amend the West Mead Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance To Modify Certain Land Development Regulations. A summary of the ordinance follows. Section one adds a new Section 116 which exempts certain developments involving a structure of less than 2,500 square feet and new impervious area of less than 5,000 square feet from land development review if certain conditions are met.
