PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Cambridge Springs, Crawford County, Pennsylvania did enact an Ordinance, the title of which is *"An Ordinance To Amend Section 852.09 entitled "Sunset Provisions of Chapter 852, the Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance" Provisions of the Codified Ordinances of the Borough of Cambridge Springs, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, to Reinstate The Provisions of Chapter 852 Which Enable the Borough to Grant Certain Real Estate Tax Exemptions For Certain Industrial, Commercial and Business Improvements Located in Designated Deteriorated Areas in the Borough" *at its regular meeting on April 7, 2014. The Ordinance amends the Sunset provision of the Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance provisions of the Codified Ordinances of Cambridge Springs Borough to reinstate the authority to grant Tax Exemptions in accordance with the criteria set forth in Chapter 852 and the Pennsylvania Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance Act. The full text of the Ordinance is available at the Cambridge Springs Borough Office located at 161 Carringer Street in Cambridge Springs between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
