PUBLIC NOTICE BID ADVERTISEMENT The Iroquois School District is inviting sealed bids for Polycom IP Phones. Bidding documents and specifications can be obtained from: Kimberly A. Smith, Business Manager, 800 Tyndall Ave., Erie, PA 16511, (814) 899-7643. Deadline for submission is on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at 1:30 PM, at which time bids will be opened publicly. The school district reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bid proposals. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the amount equal to 10% of the base bid amount, as described in the instruction to bidders. Bids must be on bid sheet provided by Iroquois School District.
