PUBLIC NOTICE Proposed Modification to 2011 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for Non-Entitlement Municipalities in Crawford County. The Crawford County Board of Commissioners intends to submit, to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), a modification of their 2011 CDBG program. The proposed modifications are as follows: 1. Deletion of the Guys Mills Water Later Project Funded $71,828 2. Addition of the Guys Mills Water Source Remediation Project Funded $71, 828 A public hearing on the proposed modification will be held on February 12th, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room in the Crawford County Courthouse, 903 Diamond Park, Meadville, PA 16335. Public comments on this proposed program may be filed with the Crawford County Planning Office, 3rd Floor, Crawford County Courthouse during any working day between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., but not later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, February 11thth, 2013. Final approval of this 2011 CDBG Program modification shall be resolved at the Crawford County Commissioners Meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 21st, 2013 in the Commissioners Meeting Room.
