PUBLIC NOTICE 2015-2018 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM UPDATE PUBLIC REVIEW PERIOD The Northwest Regional Planning & Development Commission, Planning Partner for the Northwest Rural Planning Organization, has prepared the 2015-2018 Transportation Improvement Program Update for Clarion, Crawford, Forest, Venango, and Warren Counties. This document along with other transportation information will be on public display at the Commissions office located at 395 Seneca Street in Oil City, PA, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM; on the NW Commissions website (www.north westpa.org); at each of the five counties planning offices; at the offices of the three transit authorities (Crawford Area Transportation Authority, Transportation Authority of Warren County and Venango County Transportation), the following townships (Beaver Clarion Co., Clarion, Elk, Madison, Monroe, Paint, Redbank, Salem, Toby, Washington, Beaver Crawford Co., Bloomfield, Conneaut, East Fairfield, East Fallowfield, North Shenango, Richmond, Rockdale, Rome, South Shenango, Sparta, Steuben, Summerhill, Summit, Union, Venango, Vernon, West Mead, West Shenango, Woodcock, Barnett, Green, Harmony, Hickory, Howe, Jenks, Kingsley, Tionesta, Allegheny, Cornplanter, Cranberry, Jackson, Sandycreek, Scrubgrass, Brokenstraw, Cherry Grove, Conewango, Eldred, Farmington, Freehold, Limestone, Sheffield, Southwest, Spring Creek, Sugar Grove, and Triumph ); the Boroughs of Callensburg, Clarion, East Brady, Hawthorn, New Bethlehem, Rimersburg, Strattanville, Cambridge Springs, Cochranton, Conneautville, Hydetown, Linesville, Saegertown, Spartansburg, Springboro, Woodcock, Barkeyville, Clintonville, Emlenton, Polk, Utica, Bear Lake, and Youngsville; and the cities of Meadville, Titusville, Franklin, Oil City, and Warren from May 14, 2014 through June 17, 2014. A public informational meeting will be held at the Northwest Commission office on June 17, 2014 from 1-3:00 PM. This TIP Update is also available for review at the following five tribal nations: Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, Seneca Nation of Indians, and the Tuscarora Nation.
