Box 21, Hartstown, PA 16131, offers to purchase at private sale land located in North Shenango Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and being known as Tax Parcel Control #46-0-034995, formerly assessed to Assessed Owner; said offered purchase price is the sum of $500.00 CASH, which is pro-posed as the compromise of all taxes, penalties and interest due thereon in the total sum of $555.82. The property will be sold free and clear of all tax claims and tax judgments. You have the right within forty-five (45) days following publication of this notice to petition the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Pennsylvania, for disapproval of said sale.
