PUBLIC NOTICE Proposals will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Woodcock Township, Crawford County, 16250 State Hwy. 86, Saegertown, PA 16433, until 7:00 p.m. July 8, 2014, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the following: • Grinding, Grading and placement of 2 of Superpave WMA Binder Course on Fisher Rd.; • Placement of 1 12 of Superpave WMA Wearing Course on areas of E.Cole & Ryan Rds.; • Placement of 34 Superpave WMA Leveling and 1 Superpave WMA Wearing Courses on Peters Rd. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages apply to this project. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality and submitted in sealed envelopes marked Bid Letting of July 8, 2014. A Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality, must accompany the bid. A Performance Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
