PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given MAJR Products is requesting a Conditional Use approval request for 780 South Street, Saegertown, PA 16433, as required by Article 4 of the Zoning Ordinance. Commercial Recreation is a permitted conditional use in the M-1 District. The proposed USE would be for an indoor air rifle range. Saegertown Borough Council will have a Public Meeting on July 14th at 6:15 pm. at the Borough Building, 603 Erie Street, Saegertown, PA to discuss the request for a Conditional Use.
