The permit was issued/renewed on May 3, 2000 and is located at the intersection of T-860 and T-897 in the village of Carlton PA on the property of James and Shirley Dean in French Creek Township, Mercer County. Bond release of $10,000 is requested on 10 acres. Total bond held is $10,000. The release area has been graded, topsoiled and seeded in the summer of 2012.
