PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Sadsbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Wed., August 13, 2014 at 6:30 pm at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Building, 9888 State Hwy 285, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316 to hear the following request: Appeal #02-14 Virgil & Debra Eells seeking relief from the minimum lot size requirement of the Sadsbury Township Zoning Ordinance, in order to subdivide property owned by Karen Zook & Sharen Dunn located at 10403 State Hwy 18, Conneaut Lake, PA, parcel #4403-065-5B, in the Lake Area Transitional Zoning District. Any interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above.
