PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Crawford County Hospital Authority Board will hold a meeting on the 22nd day of August, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of The Shafer Law Firm, 360 Chestnut Street, Meadville, Pennsylvania. The purpose of this meeting will be: 1. To consider a resolution of the Authority on behalf of Meadville Medical Center (MMC) to finance the costs of: (1) constructing, equipping and furnishing Phase 1 of MMCs Vernon Mall project, consisting of an approximately 86,000 square foot medical office building located in the Township of Vernon, Crawford County, Pennsylvania (the New Facility); (2) reimbursing MMC for infrastructure expenditures relating to the New Facility; (3) refinancing certain indebtedness of MMC; and (4) paying all or a portion of the related financing costs. 2.
