PUBLIC NOTICE The Summit Township Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids until 7:00 PM, September 2, 2014, for 13,612 sy (+/-) Single Bituminous applied as directed to two roads. Bids will be opened and publicly reviewed during the regular meeting of the Board, September 2, 2014; 10956 Plum Street, 7:00 PM. As determined by the Board bids may be awarded at this time or a later date. Proposal forms, specifications, and instructions for bidders must be obtained from the secretary, Box 231, Harmonsburg, PA 16422, or (814) 382-8208. Proposals must be accompanied by check or bid bond for 10% of total amount of bid, payable to Summit Township. A performance bond is required with awarded contract. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive any irregularities therein and to award the contract in the best interest of Summit Township. Cynthia R.
