PUBLIC NOTICE Summit Township Supervisors (Crawford County) will receive sealed proposals until 4:00 PM, March 5, 2013 for 150,000 gallons liquid calcium applied as directed and/or to storage tank and for the performance of lawn care services of Gibson Park, Gibson Road. All proposals will be opened and reviewed during the regular monthly meeting of the Board March 5, 2013; 7:00 PM, 10956 Plum Street, Harmonsburg. Awarding of contract may or may not occur during this meeting. Proposal forms, specifications and instructions for bidders must be obtained from the Secretary, Box 231, Harmonsburg, PA 16422, or weekdays (814) 382-8208. Liquid calcium proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the bid, payable to Summit Township and a performance bond is required with awarded contract. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive any irregularities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of Summit Township. Cynthia R.
