PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE BY THE BOROUGH OF LINESVILLE NOTICE is given that the Borough of Linesville intends to consider the passing of a proposed Ordinance to be known as Linesville Emergency Management Agency Ordinance. The proposed Ordinance will be added to the Code of Linesville Borough as Chapter 144, Emergency Management Agency. This Ordinance provides that the Borough of Linesville is authorized to become a member of and participate in the Northwest Crawford County Emergency Management Agency, an agency comprised of various municipalities located generally in Northwest Crawford County, Pennsylvania. The Ordinance also authorizes the Linesville Borough to enter into an Agreement with the Northwest Crawford County Emergency Management Agency as well as sets forth the Agencys powers and duties. The Borough Council of the Borough of Linesville shall consider the passing of this Ordinance at its September 9, 2014 meeting at 7 p.m. at the Linesville Borough Building located at 103 West Erie Street, Linesville, Pennsylvania.
