Public Hearing (recorded) Solicit input from public regarding proposed budget to deliver services to eligible low- income individuals/households in Anderson, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Henderson, Hunt, Kaufman, Rockwall, Navarro, and Van Zandt Counties. $1,184,564 budget allocation proposed from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs due to budget decrease of $138,262. The budget categories include personnel, fringe, travel, general purpose (detailed budget support description), supplies, contractual services, and supported expenses to operate satellite locations in the ten county service area. 3.
