IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS LOCATED AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AT 1401 GRAHAM AVENUE, WINDBER, PENNSYLVANIA. SUMMARY An Ordinance of the Borough of Windber, Somerset County and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, providing for the payment of a stipend to members of the Windber Borough Planning Commission and the Zoning Hearing Board for attendance at the meetings of their respective bodies.Ê The ordinance is to take effect immediately upon its adoption.
