Zoning Hearing Notice Point Township The Zoning Hearing Board of Point Township will conduct a public hearing at Point Township Municipal Building, 759 Ridge Road, Northumberland, PA., 17857 on Friday, November 14th, 2014 at 7:00 PM. The purpose of this hearing will be to hear and take testimony on a Variance Application for Richard and Susan Melendez, 318 Shady Lane, Northumberland, Pa. 17857-9509. The reason for the variance request is to replace a cabin. The Melendez are seeking relief from the fifty (50) foot setback requirement of the front side and rear from the property line or a public roadway under Ordinance 185-91 Section 10.06." Hearing will be open to the public, at which time all persons interested will be heard.
