PUBLIC NOTICE The Rowan County Fiscal Court will be accepting bids for 2 - 8 1/2 ft. Snow Plow and 2 - Salt Spreader with 8 1/2 ft Aluminum Dump Bed that will be mounted on a 2015 Chassis-Cab CK 36003 4-wheel drive, (or equivalent) truck. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope marked ROAD DEPARTMENT SNOW PLOW DUMP BED AND SALT SPREADER by 3:00 p.m. on November 17, 2014, in the Rowan County Judge/Executives Office. Bid specifications can be obtained by calling 606-784-5151. Rowan Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make award in the best interest of Rowan County.
