CITY OF FROSTBURG Board of Zoning Appeals Case #2596 and Case #2597 The City of Frostburgs Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a public hearing for case #2596 and case #2697, at the Frostburg Community Center located at 27 S. Water Street on Wednesday November 19th at 7:00. The Board will hear and decide the following cases: 2596-Subject property is 160 W. Main Street. Owners Thomas and Meredith Medearis are requesting approval of a special exception process in the R2 Neighborhood Residential District pursuant to Sec. 3.2.C.4 of the Frostburg Zoning Ordinance to allow a bed and breakfast in their existing house. 2597-Subject property is 20 West College Avenue.
