PUBLIC NOTICE   The services and facilities of HRDC’s George’s Creek and Willow Creek Adult Care Centers are operated on a nondiscriminatory basis.  They are subject to the provisions of Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 and the Hill Burton Act.   These acts prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, and disability.  These facilities nondiscriminatory position applies to admissions, provisions of services, assignment of services, granting of privileges, accommodations, and opportunity to participate in programs and activities.   At HRDC’s George’s Creek and Willow Creek Adult Care Centers, no person shall on the grounds of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, ancestry, or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, or otherwise be subject to discrimination in the provision of any care, service, or admission.
