PUBLIC NOTICE The Summit Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on March 5, 2013, 6:30 PM, 10956 Plum Street, Harmonsburg, PA. to consider the appeal of Robert & Cynthia Goetz, owners of parcel #5508-057-38, 13047 East Canal Drive, Lauderdale Estates, Conneaut Lake, PA to expand a deck as an accessory structure within the AE Zone identified by the FEMA Floodplain Map. The homeowners are seeking a variance from the provisions of accessory structure contained in the Floodplain Management Ordinance #2012-1. All interested persons shall appear and be heard.
