NOTICE The Zoning Hearing Board of Rockefeller Township, will hold a hearing on November 25, 2014 at 6:30 P.M. in the Township Building, which is located on Traffic Route T-543 one mile east of State Rt. SR-890, to consider a request from Rex J. Snyder of 2173 Dornsife Mountain Road (the Road) for a variance from the required 35 foot setback from the Road-to attach a metal roofed lean-to to the barn, one corner of which will be within 3 feet of the right of way line of the Road. Anyone wishing to be a party to this proceeding must attend the hearing and enter an appearance in writing on a form provided for that purpose.
