NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF TENNESSEE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY WHEREAS, Anna M. Blackson and Robert Blackson executed a Deed of Trust to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., Lender and Kathy Winstead, Trustee(s), which was dated July 17, 2007 and recorded on July 23, 2007 in Book 1270, Page 1, Cumberland County, Tennessee Register of Deeds. WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, ("the Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Brock&Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, by an instrument duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Cumberland County, Tennessee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned, Brock&Scott, PLLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will on December 9, 2014, at 1:30PM at the usual and customary location at the Cumberland County Courthouse, Crossville, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Cumberland County, Tennessee, to wit: Beginning at an iron pin on the South side of Tennessee Stone Road; thence South 7 degrees, 14 feet East, a distance of 455.09 feet to an iron pin on the Davenport line; thence South 84 degrees, 15 feet West a distance of 146.76 feet to an iron pin; thence North 34 degrees, 44 feet, 11 inches, West a distance of 261.05 feet to an iron pin; on the South side of Tennessee Stone Road; thence down the road North 20 degrees East, a distance of 44.03 feet to a curve thence around said curve with a radius of 235 feet; thence North 54 degrees, 16 feet East a distance of 171.02 feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.10 acres more or less. Surface only is hereby conveyed. 101O-A-021.00 Grantor's source of title in Book 1269, Page 24B4, Register's Office, Cumberland County, Tennessee. Other Interested Party(ies): .N/A The sale of the property described above shall be subject to all matters shown on any recorded plat; any and all liens against said property for unpaid property taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements or set-back lines that may be applicable; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; a deed of trust; and any matter than an accurate survey of the premises might disclose; and All right and equity of redemption, statutory or otherwise, homestead, and dower are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee.
