LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to KRS 231.050, notice is hereby given that Larry Yantz has filed an application with the Madison County Clerk’s Office to operate a place of entertainment in Madison County at 328 Greens Crossing Rd. The location of which is outside the corporate boundaries of the City of Richmond and the City of Berea. The Madison County Judge/Executive has set a hearing for Tuesday, November 25th at 1:00 pm at the Madison County Courthouse. Any person desiring to oppose the permit shall have filed in writing allegations that show cause why the application should not be granted.
