Public Hearing Notice State of Georgia's Annual Action Plan Federal Fiscal Y ear 2015/State Fiscal Y ear 2016 The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is currently preparing the Federal Fiscal Year 2015 Annual Action Plan that details how the State proposes to use the resources during the State Fiscal Year 2016, which begins July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016. The Plan covers the federal funded programs requirements from the U.S. Department ofHousing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME); Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG); and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. The Consolidated Plan describes Georgia's existing housing conditions and how state, local, private and federal resources will be used to address the identified needs during that five year period. A key component in the successful development of the Annual Action Plan is the citizen participation process through which the State receives public input and direction on the state's housing and community development needs. The State has scheduled three public hearings to solicit citizen input. mailed to: All comments should be emailed to december.thompson@dca.ga.gov or FFY2015 Action Plan Comments Georgia Department o f Community Affairs 60 Executive Park South NE Atlanta, GA 30329-2231 For more information about the public input hearings, please call (404) 679-5821 or (404) 679-4915 for TDD phone users.
