PUBLIC NOTICE Conneaut School District seeks bids from qualified Prime Contract Bidders for Stadium Renovations located adjacent to the existing Football Stadium Complex. Construction Contracts shall consist of General Construction Work, Plumbing Work, HVAC Work, and Electrical Work. Work will commence on date of Award of Contract, with on-site Work commencing on April 1, 2013 and the project being substantially complete 122 calendar days later on July 31, 2013. Submit bids in duplicate, mailed or delivered to Conneaut School District, 219 West School Drive, Linesville, PA 16424 (administrative office) in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked on face of an inner envelope in lower left hand corner with the words Bid - CSD [Prime Contract Name]. If a company is bidding multiple contracts, submit a separate inner envelope for each bid, each properly marked as to contract name. If bid(s) is mailed, inner envelope(s) containing the bid(s) shall be enclosed in a separate outer envelope with words "Sealed Bid Enclosed - Do Not Open" endorsed on its face. Multiple inner envelopes may be placed in one outer envelope. Owner will receive sealed Bids until 3:00 PM local prevailing time March 4, 2013, at the address listed on the Bid Form. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Interested parties are invited to attend Public Bid Opening at that time in District Administrative Offices.
