NOTICE East Conemaugh Borough Council will consider, at its regular monthly meeting scheduled for Monday, December 1, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. at the Borough Community Room the adoption of an Ordinance establishing the tax rates for fiscal and tax year 2015 as 20 mils on each dollar of the assessed valuation of real estate; one-half (?) of one (1) percent earned income tax on earned income; $5.00 per capita tax; and $10.00 flat occupation tax. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for inspection at the Borough office and the Cambria County Law Library located the Cambria County Courthouse, Ebensburg, Pennsylvania.
