PUBLIC NOTICE City of Johnstown 2015 Budget Public Hearing As per provisions of the CityÕs Home rule Charter and Administrative Code, Ordinance No. 4654, as amended, City Council will hold a Public Hearing on December 10, 2014 at 4:45PM for public comment, followed by consideration for Final adoption at 6:00PM of the 2015 City of JohnstownÕs Budget and Wage & Salary Ordinances.
