L J Nurrenbrock Defendant ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property located in Allegany County, Maryland and sold by the Collector of Taxes for the County of Allegany in the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in this proceeding: Property assessed in the name of I J Nurrenbrock described as 10A N/S Mertens Ave Green Ridge Tract 260 Sec D and identified as Allegany County Tax Account No. 03-006956 The Complaint states, among the other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid. It is thereupon this 14th day of November, 2014, by the Circuit Court for Allegany County, Ordered, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Cumberland Times - News once a week for 3 successful weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 14th day of January, 2015, and redeem the property described above and answer the Complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
