Coker to Cumberland Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. dated May 1, 1996 and recorded in Mortgage Liber 755, folio 884, among the Land Records of Allegany County, Maryland, and duly assigned to me for the purpose of foreclosure, default having been made under the agreements, covenants and conditions of said mortgage, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction outside on the front steps of the Allegany County Courthouse, Cumberland, Maryland on DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 10:00 A.M. all the following property: TAX ACCOUNT NO.: 23-010569 ALL that lot or parcel of ground situated on the Northwesterly side of Charles Street, in the City of Cumberland, in Allegany County Maryland, and particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Northwest side of Charles Street distant 15 feet in a Westerly direction along the Northwest side of Charles Street from its intersection with the southwesterly side of Cherry Alley, and running then with the Northwest side of Charles Street, South 45 degrees 35 minutes West 15 feet, then at right angles to said Charles Street, North 44 degrees 25 minutes West 79 feet to the Southeasterly side of a 12-foot alley, and with it, North 45 degrees 35 minutes East 15 feet, and then South 44 degrees 25 minutes East 79 feet to the place of beginning.
