MARYLAND DEPARTMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT AIR AND RADIATION MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND OPPORTUNITY TO REQUEST AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING The Maryland Department of the Environment, Air and Radiation Management Administration (ARMA) received a Permit-to-Construct application from Walker Brothers Mining, Incorporated on September 15, 2014 for the installation of one (1) 200 tons per hour Powerscreen Chieftain Model #600 powered by a 66 bhp Deutz diesel engine. The unit will be located on Fairview Farms Road, in Midlothian, Allegany County, Maryland. Copies of the application and other supporting documents are available for public inspection.
