Lynn Feldman In this cause, it appearing from the Affidavit, which is sworn to, that the Defendants, WISDOM R. BOYER and wife, RUTH M. BOYER; the Defendant, WILLIAM BROOKS; and, the Defendant, FRANK E. TERRIO, are non-residents of the State of Tennessee, it is ordered by me that publication be made for four successive weeks, as required by law, in the Crossville Chronicle, a newspaper published in Crossville, Tennessee, in said County, notifying said non-resident Defendants to file an answer with Plaintiff's Attorney, Joe M. Looney, whose address is P.O. Box 1250, Crossville, Tennessee 38557, within thirty (30) days from the last date of publication, exclusive of said last date of publication, or a judgment by default may be entered and the cause set for hearing ex parte as to them.
